By creating an account you agree to these terms. Consist is provided by its operator ("we") on a subscription basis.

1. Accounts. You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Team plans are for the named seats only.
2. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Account > Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Data use. You may use the data for your own business. You may not resell, republish or bulk-redistribute it, or use automated scraping of the service.
4. Accuracy. Data is compiled from public and third-party sources and estimates. It is provided as-is, for research and planning, without warranty. Always confirm bid details on the issuing agency's portal before bidding.
5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify subscribers by email of material changes.
